Poetry Slam Poster Design
This poster was made for an assignment from my Advanced Typography class. The purpose of making the design was to advertise a poetry slam. We had to make a poster for a poetry slam event at a city of our choosing from a limited selection. My design choice is that the words formed a mouth with blue lipstick and teeth.
Hoodoo Concert Poster Design
In this assignment for Mixed Media, we had to make a concert poster design using only acrylic paint.
Font Design
This piece was mainly focused on making a font, in which I got the idea of a stylized tilted design, though my first font design, not my best, but still proud.
Nashville International Puppet Festival
When being broke in college, working on assignments, that’s when you really have to work, using only color paper and clear duct tape, making a poster design for a specified event using one of the stories for the event as the theme. In this case I used Little Red Riding Hood

Logo Design
In this assignment for Corporate Identity, we had to make logos for a real brand that we thought needed it, I chose a skateboard brand called BIRDHOUSE
Personal Logo Design
In this assignment for Introduction to Page Layout, we had to create a logo
for our personal brand. The logo that was chosen, was a tribute and inspired by my
favorite bands, Blink-182 and the Nirvana.
Gift Card Design
This assignment was for my Digital Illustration class. We had to make a gift card regarding to a holiday. I chose Valentine’s Day, and decided to do a cute little joke with it.
Not My Cup of Tea Illustration
In this assignment for Mixed Media, we test how well we do with the combination of acrylic, watercolor and pastel, by drawing a teacup, a saucer,and a tea kettle.

This assignment for Mixed Media was to make a piece with the mediums of paint, pastel, and water color, then we had to find an article that was to present our piece.
Page Layout Design
In this assignment for Digital Illustration , we had to make illustrations based o a poem we found, the topic of my poem was graffiti, and the controversy on whether it is an art or a crime.
Packaging Design
In this assignment for Packaging Design, we had to create both a design for a brand as well as its packaging. I chose to do a pineapple and mango energy drink, with the theme of dreams

In this assignment for Introduction to Web Design, we had to make a personal website for our portfolio. The website, you are currently on to read this is actually the result of the assignment. The image your see on the right was the layout.
Booklet Design
In this assignment for Design and Technology, we had to design an instruction booklet for a smartphone that went with a sleeve which was also a previous assignment. I am proud of this design for I feel like it captures what a booklet for a smartphone would be like.
